Vi rekommenderar att du ändrar detta så snart som möjligt under "personuppgifter", och skapar ett personligt lösenord. Your username is the 4 numbers on your CH-card or all numbers except the first 4 ones on your Liu-card. Your password is your birthdate, yymmdd. It is possible to change your password in the field "personuppgifter" and "lösenord"+"bekräfta lösenord".
Om du registrerat dig som ny kund via vår hemsida får du ett användarnamn och lösenord skickat till den e-postadress du angivit. Även här kan du själv ändra lösenord vid första inloggningen.

Samtliga platser på passen är bokningsbara. All places are bookable.
Du kan boka pass tidigast 7 dagar i förväg. It is possible to book 7 days ahead.
Du kan max ha 5 bokningar samtidigt. The maximum of reservations (at the same time) is 5.
Du kan max ha 1 bokning per pass. The maximum of reservations for one class is 1.
Du kan avboka dig senast 2 timmar innan passet börjar. Avbokning är inte möjlig senare än 2 timmar innan passet. You can cancel your booking 2 h before the class starts. Cancellation is not possible later than 2 h before.
Du måste hämta ut din passbiljett senast 5 minuter innan passet börjar, annars går platsen vidare till annan kund och du får en varning. Skulle du få en plats som drop in på samma pass, finns varningen ändå kvar p g a 5-minutersregeln.
You have to get your classticket no later than 5 min before the class starts. If not, you will loose your ticket and get a warning which stays even if you get a drop in-ticket to the same class.
Uteblir du från bokat pass får du 1 varning. Efter 2 varningar debiteras du en kostnad (40 kr). If you don´t attend to a booked class you will get a warning. You will be charged a fee of 40 SEK when you have 2 warnings.
Du har inte rätt att delta i passet om du kommer för sent och passet har börjat.Late arrival means you can´t attend to the class.
Om passet är fullbokat kan du boka dig på en reservlista. Vid en eventuell avbokning går platsen vidare till reservlistan. Du får då ett sms om att du har erhållit en plats på passet. Sms:et går ut senast 2 tim innan passet startar. Efter 2 timmars-spärren gäller inte reservlistan, utan då är det är "först till kvarn".
It is possible to put your name on a waitinglist if the class is fullybooked. If there is a cancellation the first person on the list will get the place. If so, an SMS is sent to this person 2 h before the class starts at the latest.
Om du ställt dig på reservlistan och får en plats, betraktas detta som en permanent bokning, vilket innebär att ovanstående bokningsregler gäller.If you have your name on the waitinglist and receive a message that you have a booked place, this means that the current rules above ought to be followed.
